Shipping and Delivery Policy

Last updated: May 2026

1. Nature of Services — No Physical Shipment

Taxsphere is a digital service platform. No physical goods are sold or shipped. All services, deliverables and outputs are delivered exclusively through digital channels. There is no physical shipment, courier or logistics involved in any Taxsphere service.

2. Digital Delivery Channels

Service outputs and deliverables are delivered through one or more of the following digital channels:

  • Email: Filed return copies, acknowledgements, certificates, reconciliation summaries, reports and invoices sent to your registered email address.
  • WhatsApp: Quick delivery of documents and status updates where agreed with the client.
  • Dashboard or Download Link: Downloadable documents accessible through the Taxsphere client portal or a secure shared link.
  • Acknowledgements and ARN: Government-generated acknowledgements (ITR-V, ARN, CIN, etc.) shared digitally after filing.
  • Challan Receipts: Tax payment challans and fee receipts shared digitally.
  • Invoices: Service invoices for all engagements sent digitally.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines for each service are subject to the timely submission of complete and accurate documents by the client, government portal availability, client approval turnaround and payment confirmation. The following are indicative timelines:

  • GST Reconciliation: 2–5 working days after submission of complete sales, purchase and supporting data. Mismatch summary shared within this period; final delivery after client approval.
  • GST Return Filing: 1–3 working days after client approval and OTP authorization, subject to GST portal availability.
  • ITR Filing: 2–7 working days after complete document submission and client approval of tax computation. Complex cases (capital gains, business income, foreign assets) may take longer.
  • Company Incorporation: Timelines are governed by MCA approval processes (name reservation, SPICe+/FiLLiP processing, PAN/TAN application). Typical processing is 7–20 working days from complete document submission, subject to MCA workload and query-free status.
  • Certifications: 1–5 working days after submission of required financial documents and verification, depending on certificate type and complexity.
  • Audit Support: Timelines are agreed upon at the time of engagement based on audit scope, entity size and document readiness.

4. Delivery Dependencies

All delivery timelines are contingent on:

  • Complete and accurate document submission by the client
  • Client availability for review, approval and OTP authorization
  • Government portal availability and uptime (GST, Income Tax, MCA)
  • Payment confirmation where applicable
  • Absence of errors, discrepancies or additional information requirements

5. Delayed Delivery

If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeline due to reasons within Taxsphere's control, we will proactively communicate the delay and provide a revised timeline. Delays caused by incomplete client documents, government portal downtime, client approval delays or other external factors do not constitute a breach of this policy.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete when documents or acknowledgements are sent to your registered email address or made available on the client portal. For government-filed services, delivery is confirmed when the ARN, acknowledgement number or certificate is received from the respective portal and shared with you.

7. Contact for Delivery Issues

If you have not received a deliverable within the expected timeline, please contact us at support@taxsphere.ai with your name, service type and payment reference. We will investigate and respond within 2 working days.
